We ship within the United States only.

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $35.

Every order is packaged with care to ensure your nature photography arrives in perfect condition. We use:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer:

• 30-day return window from delivery date
• Free returns on defective or damaged items
• If you would like to return the canvas for a refund, and there are no defects or workmanship issues with the canvas, we ask that you cover the cost of the return shipment.

• Unframed canvas prints in original condition
• Framed prints (subject to inspection)
• Apparel with tags attached and unworn
• Accessories in original packaging
• Defective or damaged items.

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items damaged by customer
• Digital downloads
• Items returned after 30 days.

2. Get Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number and instructions
3. Pack Carefully: Use original packaging when possible
4. Ship Back: Send the item back with your preferred carrier
5. Receive Refund: Process within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item

We're happy to exchange items for different sizes or styles:

• Same-value exchanges: Free (customer pays return shipping)
• Higher-value exchanges: Pay the difference plus return shipping
• Lower-value exchanges: Refund difference minus return shipping fee.

Every piece from The Virtue of God is inspected before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Email photos of the damage to info@thevirtueofgodbrand.com
• Include order number and description of issue
• We'll arrange free replacement or full refund
• Keep damaged item until we provide disposal instructions.

• Printing defects or color issues
• Damaged frames or canvas
• Missing items from order
• Incorrect items shipped.

• Tracking information sent via email when order ships
• Track packages at USPS or through your account
• Allow 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

1. Check with neighbors and building management
2. Look around delivery area (porches, garages, etc.)
3. Contact carrier directly
4. If still not found, contact us within 5 days.
