Are your products print-on-demand?

Yes, framed/wrapped canvases and nature apparel items are made-to-order using high-quality print-on-demand services. This ensures freshness and allows us to offer a wide variety of products without excess inventory, keeping costs reasonable for our customers.

What sizes are available for canvas prints?

Our canvas prints come in multiple sizes:

Can I see the image quality before ordering?

All our product photos show high-resolution previews. However, due to screen variations, colors may appear slightly different in person. We use premium printing materials to ensure the best possible reproduction of our nature photography.

What materials do you use for canvas prints?

We use premium cotton-polyester blend canvas with archival inks that resist fading. Our wrapped canvas is stretched over solid wood frames for durability and professional presentation.

How long will my prints last?

With proper care, our prints maintain their vibrancy for 75+ years. We use fade-resistant inks and UV-protective coatings to ensure longevity.

What's the difference between framed and unframed canvas?

• Unframed/Unstretched Canvas: Unframed canvas arrives unstretched, giving you two professional display choices: 1) Frame it like a traditional print with glass protection, or 2) Have it professionally stretched over wooden stretcher bars for a modern gallery-wrapped appearance.
• Framed/Wrapped Canvas: Includes decorative outer pine wood, black or white frame for a more finished look. Wrapped canvas stretched over wooden frame, ready to hang, gallery-wrapped edges

Do you offer different frame styles?

Yes! We offer several frame options including natural wood, black wood, and white wood frames. Specific options vary by product and will be shown on listing page.

Do you ship internationally?

How do you package prints?

Canvas prints are carefully packaged in protective cardboard tubes or flat envelops or boxes with plastic wrap to prevent damage during transit. Apparel items are folded and shipped in poly mailers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied:

• 30-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be in original condition
• Custom/personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
• Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless item is defective

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at info@thevirtueofgodbrand.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and authorization.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We'll replace or refund damaged items at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! We're happy to exchange for different sizes or products within 30 days. Exchange shipping fees may apply.

How should I care for apparel items?

• Washing: Machine wash cold, inside out
• Drying: Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Ironing: Iron inside out on low heat, avoid direct contact with print
• Storage: Hang or fold carefully to preserve print quality

Can canvas prints get wet?

While our canvases have some moisture resistance, avoid exposing them to water or high humidity. Bathroom and kitchen placement should be carefully considered.
