A note from the artist

These photographs began in a small park across the road from my home in Washington State. Looking down at the fallen leaves, I found a palette that went far beyond familiar autumn gold: blue-green, soft grey, deep plum and pale cream.

What drew me closer was the detail. Dark veins spread across a pale leaf, a slender blue-grey leaf lay among broader shapes, and a large yellow leaf brought warmth to the surrounding colors. I brought these four photographs together to share the beauty I noticed in an ordinary place so close to home.

Why these photographs on canvas

Canvas gives the image a true work-of-art surface and depth. Its textured matte finish complements the leaves’ delicate veins and mottled surfaces.

I print each order on fine art canvas sourced from Red River Paper, using an Epson SureColor P900 printer with genuine UltraChrome PRO10 pigment inks. No additional coating is applied after printing.

Colors styling

Blue-green, cream, ochre, brown and plum work with pale wood, natural linen and neutral walls in Scandinavian interiors. Try the set above a sideboard, in an entryway or beside a reading chair.

Sizes framing

Choose 8 × 10, 11 × 14 or 16 × 20 inches for each print. Horizontal prints measure 10 × 8, 14 × 11 or 20 × 16 inches. The stated dimensions include a 1/8-inch off-white border on every side.

These flat canvas prints can be framed like paper prints and fit standard frames matching the overall dimensions. For wide mats, choose larger frames with suitable openings. Frames and mats shown in interior images are styling examples and are not included.
